Versus Core at the current launch price, Single is $609 cheaper in year one. Versus the post-launch Core price, the gap is $729. That does not count a TradingView webhook plan, which cloud bridges typically still need.
What “cheapest” hides
- Hosted MT5. PineConnector now bundles Edge hosting. If you would have paid $20–40/mo for a VPS anyway, subtract that from their bill when you compare. If you already have MetaTrader open on a PC, you are paying twice for a terminal.
- TradingView plan. Webhook URLs are a paid TradingView feature in most regions. Essential is commonly cited around $15/mo. Local capture does not use that field — see TradingView to MT5 without webhooks.
- Mac. The cheapest path on a Mac that will not rent Windows is still a cloud bridge. TradingView Bridge is not cheaper if you cannot run Windows.
- Budget webhook bots at $5–20/mo can undercut year one, but they still need webhooks, they still subscribe, and support/uptime varies. Price only is not the whole product.
