TradingView Bridge (“we”, “our”) sells desktop software that runs locally on your computer. We do not receive your TradingView or broker passwords through the bridge application.
Information we collect
- Purchase data: name, email, and payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Support: messages you send to support@tradingviewbridge.com.
- Website: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) if your host records them.
What we do not collect
The bridge reads TradingView alerts on your PC and writes to local files for MetaTrader. Trade signals are not routed through our servers.
How we use information
To deliver license keys, provide support, improve the product, and comply with law.
